The Promenade is to me the story of things that we find on our way and of those that we leave on our back. I am interested in people that leave their home, their city, their country, because I am interested in knowing what they have left, and what they have found. In 1955, the gigantic Elephant Seal Roland IV arrives from North Sea to the Zoo of Berlin, where he got 10 times his weight during 6 years, till 1961, when he died. During the autopsia, all things he had been eating and received accidentally from tourists have been found: a pink lighter, a silver bracelet, a pencil, 4 ice cream sticks, a wooden knife, sunglasses, a parachute toy, a little cool, a child shoe... Roland has been registering everything, eating it by chance...
Are you such an extravagant eater? What did you eat during the Course? What is the relation in between the objects of your project? Which are the coordinates of the objects? A Promenade brings us to a new physical place and a new mental one. The Promenade stimulates the use of a temporary and new instrument. In the Promenade not everything is on its place...

Vera, Volkan and Nicole Promenade
- At the beginning, we have felt lost because of the lack of logical connection in between the images of the Atlas.
- We have built a text Without linearity, Putting closer different places gave the promenade similar to a collage.
- There were in fact the images the ELEMENT around which one to built the narrative starting from the cover.
